1. About Deeply

Deeply is a relationship health assessment platform that helps couples and individuals understand their relationship dynamics across 7 dimensions. Our tools include diagnostic assessments, personalized action plans, and connections to vetted relationship professionals through DeeplyTrusted.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Deeply. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. What Deeply Is and Is Not

Deeply Is:

• A diagnostic and educational tool based on peer-reviewed research.
• A framework for understanding relationship patterns and identifying areas for growth.
• A platform that connects you with qualified professionals when you choose.

Deeply Is Not:

• A substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
• A crisis intervention service. If you or someone you know is in danger, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline.
• A guarantee of specific relationship outcomes.

5. Assessment and Reports

• Assessment results are based on self-reported data and our clinical framework drawn from Gottman's Four Horsemen, attachment theory, and the Vulnerability-Stress-Adaptation model.
• Reports represent a snapshot of your relationship at the time of assessment and may change over time.
• We recommend using Deeply alongside, not instead of, professional guidance.

6. DeeplyTrusted

• DeeplyTrusted professionals are independently vetted but are not employees of Deeply.
• We facilitate connections but do not control or guarantee the quality of services provided by third-party professionals.
• Any agreement you enter into with a DeeplyTrusted professional is between you and that professional.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Deeply for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our assessment methodology or algorithms.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Share or publish assessment content, scoring frameworks, or proprietary materials.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, assessment frameworks, and technology on Deeply are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Fees and Payments

• The core relationship assessment is free.
• Premium features, detailed reports, or professional connections may require payment.
• All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Deeply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use Deeply ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Deeply after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Deeply operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
